Lithic Fitness offers personalized programs through a custom training app. Through this app you can message your coach, track your training, follow along with workouts, track your body stats such as weight and body measurements, and more!

You can chose below from 3 options:

  • Training only, where your Lithic Fitness coach will create a customized training program for you to follow. This will include exercises, sets, reps, rest, and instructional videos of each movement in case you aren’t sure or need a reminder of how the movement is performed.

  • Nutrition only, in which your Lithic Fitness coach will create you a personalized nutrition program based on your current lifestyle and goals. These plans will consist of both a flexible dieting outline for those looking to track macros and/or calories, and fully itemized meal plans for those who need more direction on what to eat, how much to eat, and when.

  • Combination Training & Nutrition, both of the above at a discount!
