First off lets clear something up: building muscle isn't just for men! Ladies, when you see another woman with a round butt and shapely thighs, it's from lifting weights! Cardio and yoga are good, but they won't give you that shape you're after.

Offering both 8 & 12 week plans, we will construct a muscle building program aimed at your specific goals. Johnny wants a bigger chest & arms, done! Sarah's after that apple bottom and curvy thighs, we do that too!
Each exercise program comes coupled with a diet and nutrition program to make sure you're gaining lean muscle with minimal fat.
The muscle building programs will be focused most on skeletal muscle hypertrophy (muscle growth), and we will also aim at getting stronger as well. Lithic Fitness uses the most up to date research to construct the best program for YOU and you goals.
