Lithic Fitness Intro to Fitness Programs
Lithic Fitness offers an intro to fitness program that is available in 8 week and 12 week versions.
Both programs will cover everything you need to know to look like a regular gym rat, and beyond! What? Beyond...? Yes! You will not only learn how to use the weights and machines properly and with good form, you will also learn the best warm up and mobility techniques to prevent injury and keep you safe. You will become an ace at being aware of your body and how it responds to training and nutrition, and you will be able to adjust your training on the fly
Both the 8 and 12 week programs are broken down into 4 phases, each focusing on a different aspect of fitness
- mobility/flexabilty
- cardio/endurace
- strength/power
- body sculpting/muscle building
In the 8 week version we will work on each segment for 2 weeks, in the 12 week program we will on each segment for 3 weeks.
These can be private one on one sessions only you and Rocky, or you can sign up with a friend or family member if you both want to begin your fitness journey together!
8 week program outline
- weeks 1 & 2, three (3) 30 minute sessions
- weeks 3 & 4, three (3) 45 minutes sessions
- weeks 5 & 6, four (4) 30 minute sessions
- weeks 7 & 8, four (4) 45 minute sessions
12 week program outline:
- weeks 1-3, three (3) 30 minute sessions
- weeks 4-6, three (3) 45 minutes sessions
- weeks 7-9, four (4) 30 minute sessions
- weeks 10-12, four (4) 45 minute sessions
