Welcome to the Lithic Fitness LEAN OUT program!
Whether you're looking to get that summer beach body ready, or just to trim off some of that winter weight, these programs will help you reach your goals. And I know you will succeed because together we will customize YOUR program to your goals, lifestyle, and experience level.
Both the 8 week and 12 week LEAN OUT packages focus on fat loss, and preserving lean muscle! Over the course of whichever program you choose, we will work towards burning body fat to reveal the hard earned muscle you have underneath.
Each program is phased to keep your body evolving into new levels of leanness!
In the 8 week program is divided into 3 phases:
- Phase 1, the first 3 weeks will be 3 sessions per week in the gym with me, and 2 on your own assigned sessions per week. We will begin with focusing on staying strong while leaning out, so we can keep all the muscle you've worked hard to put on!
- The second phase will be focused on intensity! We will up your volume while lowering your rest periods aiming for a high calorie burn while still working you muscles hard. Phase 2 is also 3 weeks, but this time 4 sessions a week training with me, and 1 on your own sessions per week.
- The final push, phase 3! The last 2 weeks we will use new techniques to keep your muscles pumping while really pushing the calorie expenditure and burning off the last bits body fat. This phase will also be 4 days a week training with me, and 2 on your own sessions.
- This program also includes a personalized diet and nutrition protocol to keep your body fueled for your workouts AND burning body fat all day long!
The 12 week version is broken up into 4 phases:
- The first two phases are the same as the 8 week program, with the first 3 weeks being 3 sessions per week with me, and 2 on your own. The second 3 weeks are 4 sessions with me and 1 on your own.
- phase 3 of the 12 week LEAN OUT program is also 3 weeks. In this phase block we will spend a greater amount of time focusing on muscular metabolic adaptations and conditioning. We will be chasing the every sought after "PUMP!"
- The final push of the 12 week program, phase 4 will focus on HIIT training, cardio, and a couple new diet and nutrition methods used to really eliminate your hard to hit fat zones.
- Like the 8 week version, this program also includes a customized diet and nutrition protocol to keep your body fueled for your workouts AND burning body fat all day long!
